Elice, a small town in Sicily in the Middle Ages, is on the coast of the Mediterranean. Stones of the Venus Castle built by the Normans should have been sent to build the Venus Temple. From the peak of Elice Mountain, we can overlook Trapani and admire its isolated beauty. The pasta with pesto at the foot of the mountain leads people to endless aftertastes.
In such a beautiful place, Cheng Yajie produced oil painting Dream of Elice whose picture is blue. It is an unforgettable blue dream conjured by the nature and miracle of the Mediterranean.
