An Extraordinary Age with shadings shows a warm tableau and vicissitudes. The flying butterflies look like dreams, clouds and fog. The numbers 1958 and 1991 reveal the extraordinary ages. How about taking the numbers as notes including "1,2,3,4,5,6,7" which are played on the stave in the sky of Las Vegas? That must be a piece of the blues with a little melancholy and trace of times. Having explored and pursued for more than twenty years which is not so long but is enough to be regarded as a lifetime, the artist went to Las Vegas and created various music-like paintings.
From Wassily Kandinsky to Goncharova, Piet Mondrian, Bauhaus, Neumann and Motherwell, we can understand that the artist is lonely to enter a unknown field without being accepted by others. However, art is a similar case.
