“二人转”是发源于吉林省、流行于我国东北地方的独特艺术形式，成为关东文化的精神，广大群众喜闻乐见，以致民间流行“宁舍一顿饭，不舍二人转”。艺术的表现形式多种多样。陈涤同志新作《关东之韵》“二人转”人物画专集的出版发行，给人们带来新的艺术欣赏，为弘扬光大关东文化起到积极的作用。
陈涤同志是吉林省美术家协会副主席，省文史研究馆馆员，著名国画人物画家，对黑土地文化有着深刻的认识和理解，尤其在关东风土人情画创作方面艺术造诣颇深。这次以独创的风格，将“二人转”这一说唱舞台艺术，通过绘画加以再现，跃然纸上，形象生动，惟妙惟肖，无论在艺术鉴赏的品味上，还是在艺术表现的形式上，都是一项新的有益尝试。
