秦秀杰，男，1962年生于吉林大安。1987年毕业于东北师范大学美术系，1996年毕业于中央美术学院油画系第八届研修班。曾任教于东北师范大学美术学院，教授、硕士生导师，现任教于中央民族大学美术学院。
Mr Qin Xiujie: Born in 1962 in Da’an, Jilin Province. He graduated from the Fine Art Department of Northeast Normal University in 1987, and graduated from the 8th Workshop of the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in 1996. He once taught in the Art Academy of Northeast Normal University, also was a professor and tutor of postgraduates. He is currently teaching in the Art Academy of Minzu University of China.
