杨兄的硕士研究生的研究方向和博士研究生的研究方向均是“现代水墨人物”，而且他的人物画在当今画坛已颇具影响。近来，在各大展览和专业杂志上，看到他推出的一大批花卉新作，令观者称奇，我送他“清新古艳”四字。他曾亲口导我读他的这批新作：“我画的是潘多拉星球的花朵，她们也都是阿凡达，给她们命名似乎又没有太大的意义，我描绘的只是一簇灿烂的生命。”这基本是杨兄的原话，我赞同并喜欢他的解释，但更喜欢他笔下的这些“阿凡达”，炫丽旺盛的生命在燃烧，让人忘却烦忧忘却苦恼，回归生命绽放的本质，从古朴的“忘忧”到华丽的“阿凡达”，杨兄于平静恬淡之外更悟到了一种奇丽与通达。

He has personally guided me to appreciate his new works: “what I have painted are Pandora flowers, they are also Avatar, there seems to be not much significance to name them, I only describe them as a cluster of brilliant life.” This is basically the original words of Yang Jun, I agree with him and like his explanation, but I like his characters 'Avatar' much more, the burning of exuberant life makes people forget the worries and distress, and makes them return to the essence of life, from the simplicity of the "Mystery" to the gorgeous 'Avatar', Brother Yang Jun realized marvelous and beautiful besides peace and tranquil.
